Home is Set and Finish Work is Underway

Home Set The home's first box is hoisted into place on the foundation by the crane
Home Set The home is guided into place with the help of the set crew.
Home Set The first box is lined up with the perimeter of the foundation and set into what will become its permanent home.

The second box is hoisted into place with the crane.

The second box is guided into place and butted against the first box.

As the crew finalizes placement of the second box, the third box is pulled into place and staged to be set next.

The roof is lifted on the single story section prior to placing the third box.

Home Set The knee walls are set to hold the roof in place.
Home Set The other side of the roof is set into place as the crew prepares the boxes to receive the second floor.
Home Set The third box is hoisted by the crane.
Home Set This box will be lifted over the set first floor and put into place.
Home Set The box is lowered on to the first floor boxes
Home Set The third box is set against the lifted roof section of the one story pieces.
Home Set Guided by the crew, the box is lined up for placement.
Home Set With the third box set, the crane is ready to hoist the fourth box.
Home Set The fourth box is craned above the first floor boxes.
Home Set With care and dedication the crane places the box on top of its first floor counterpart.
Home Set The second story roof is lifted in order to add the top flips which were shipped separate.
Home Set The gable end panels that were pre-built inthe factory are craned into place.
Home Set The center end panel is hoisted and set into place on the second story by the crew.
Home Set The gable ends on the second story are finished.
Home Set The gable end panels are put into place the same way on the single story section of the home.
Home Set The crew pulls the center end panel into place.
Home Set The top flips are assemble and sheathed on the ground and hoisted by the crane.
Home Set The final top flip for the single story section of the roof is put in place.
Home Set The over hangs for the home are assembled and sheathed on the ground then lifted into place. They were shipped separately due to shipping width regulations.
Home Set The second story section of roof is finished the same way. Due to shipping height regulations and ceiling heights in the home, they were shipped separately as well.
Home Set Once the roof is weather tight, the fifth and final box is lifted into place by the crane.
Home Set The box is guided into place and set on the foundation.

Home Set The gable end panel is lifted into place.
Home Set The home is set and weather tight.
Home Set From the road of the development the home has taken shape in roughly two days of set work.

By the third day of work the dormers are added to the house, the over hangs are all in place, and the roof is finished with shingles.

Home Set Also the corner pieces and siding on the sides of the home begins.
Home Set The siding on the side and the back of the house is well under way.
Home Set Siding on the back and the sides of the home is nearly complete.
Home Set The home's siding is completed on three sides. The front is going to be bricked and a garage will be added, which will be done by a separate contractors
Home Set The garage is started and ready for roof trusses.
Home Set The front of the home and garage begin to get brick. The trusses for the garage are also lifted into place.
Home Set The drywall and other finish work are completed on the home.
Home Set The temporary floor is cut out in the foyer.
